This is in response to your request regarding our flight and transportation to St. James Club in Morgan Bay resort in Saint Lucia.  We arrived on time and proceeded through immigration, I was required to fill out a second declaration form (they couldn't read my first one).  So, after which we went to baggage claim to pick up our two (2) pieces of luggage.  To our dismay one piece was missing, please bear with me, this is important.  

To make a long story short, we were stuck in baggage claim for about 1.5 hours, the agent said the bag was on the island, however,  someone took it by mistake.  By this time I was wondering whether our transportation was still at the airport for pickup since we were almost two (2) late.  Upon exiting the baggage claim area, there stood Steven holding a card with my name on it, what a relief.  

​Our one piece of luggage was loaded, Steven opened the door for my wife and I got in the other side of the car.  Steven offered us either water or a Piton, after what we went through we chose the Piton. As we drove up to the resort Steven answered all of our questions regarding Saint Lucia.  He is extremely knowledgeable about the island and its history.  Steven is also well versed about the U.S.  Very pleasant to talk with.  

He’s very impressive and is a valuable asset to your company and clients.  
Our 16 days at the resort were great and when it was time to leave Steven was there to pick us up and take us to the airport right on time.  

Our next visit in Saint Lucia you will definitely get my business.  One more thing, two hours after we arrived at the resort, our luggage also arrived. Life was good.  Tell Steven we said hello!!
