We were extremely pleased by the great service provided by your man, Hyginus. He did exactly what he was supposed to do, and more -- in other words, he met all our expectations (it would be hard for me to say he exceeded them, because tripadvisor had set our expectations at an incredibly high level! :-)
Anyway, we thoroughly enjoyed our day on your beautiful island, and will provide commensurate reviews on cruise critic and tripadvisor.
