Just had to drop you a quick note to express our sincere thanks and that me and my partner were absolutely delighted with the super level of service provided by your team during our stay in Rodney Bay.
We landed 45 mins earlier than expected and thought we may have to wait for your driver, but no he was there waiting for us as planned. He told us he had tracked our flight and noticed our early arrival…brilliant. He helped us with our cases to his vehicle and promptly had us on our way within minutes. His knowledge of the island was first class and kept us up to date on the journey time and provided us with some very useful information about the island etc. Everything just went so smoothly, exactly what we wanted after the long flight. By the time we got to our resort, we were so relaxed and really looking forward to our stay. He was extremely courteous and very polite towards me and my partner. The bottles of water he provided was more than welcome.
On the return journey to the St. Lucia airport, again your driver Sammy was exemplary. I cannot praise this guy enough. Again he came into reception, identified himself and helped us with our cases. He was very informative about our journey back to the airport and gave us a very good commentary on all the interesting parts of the island and its history. This was a perfect end to a fabulous holiday. When we got to the airport, again he helped us with our cases and wished us a safe and pleasant journey home.
We cannot recommend your company highly enough and will certainly be recommending your services to friends, family and my colleagues, who plan to visit your wonderful island.
