Prior to the evening, we communicated exclusively by email with Janus
to arrange for the tour.  Janus was prompt, professional and complete
in his replies.

Our driver was waiting for us at the front of our hotel and greeted us
with a smile.  Throughout the drive to and from the volcano, he was
extremely considerate, personable, and informative.  He always offered
to stop and take pictures, including at the volcano hot spring itself.
I would highly recommend this company for any service they provide.
