First, THANK YOU for your professionalism, friendliness and timely responses to my emails.
 
When we booked you last Saturday we were in a REAL predicament. To the point where we almost cancelled our entire trip due to travel problems. I was terribly worried about not having a transfer from the airport that was originally promised by our package but you came through and I think it is thanks to experiences with your company that we will continue to try for a private charter for all of our future family vacations.
 
The driver who picked us up from the airport (I apologize – I forgot his name) was fantastic. It was very late at night and he waited for us – and though I was originally concerned about safety with my two young kids (going to a foreign country is scary enough let alone having someone else drive us who we don’t know), but  he was very trustworthy and dependable – more so than most cab drivers we find in Toronto, Canada.
 
Isaac, our tour guide for our Thursday excursion with my family along with Steve and Debbie Baran was also exceptionally good. He was friendly and was very good with my kids when they were less than happy. He explained things very well and answered all of our questions. He deserves strong recognition for being patient, kind and understanding. He defines customer service.
