Dear Janus

I would like to thank you for arranging the tour yesterday.  My girlfriend and I enjoyed the day.  The driver was punctual, polite, informed and spared no effort to ensure we had a very enjoyable day.  For example, he was willing to detour to a supermarket so we could stock up our hotel room fridge!

He also made some excellent recommendations as to restaurants and dropped us at Marigot Bay for lunch, where we also appreciated a ferry ride.

In Castries he took us to a duty free outlet and to the market, where we were able to get some excellent souvenirs and begin our Christmas shopping.
The rum distillery was also a fantastic stop where we were able to enjoy some of the fine beverages the island has to offer. 

He was also kind enough to buy us some free shandy and beer, the latter we were able to enjoy overlooking Soufriere and the Pitons (please see attached photo).

In short, he listened carefully to our requests and was able to ensure that we had a highly enjoyable day, tailored to our wishes.  He is a credit to your company.
