"Thank you for a wonderful and memorable birthday!"

Hi Janus, 
As a single female traveler and first time visitor to St. Lucia, I wanted to thank you for a pleasant and memorable experience.
My experience: As a single traveler, I had my normal concerns traveling to a new out-of-country destination. However, the moment that I contacted (via email) Janus he immediately responded and made me feel comfortable using their services to transport me to my resort that was on the north end of the island (Gros Islet) by answering all of my questions of concerns. However, though I was feeling comfortable with my interaction with Janus, I would wait to see how things actually transpired when I arrived. Well, needless, to say that upon exiting Customs from the airport I was warmly greeted by Jamal, my driver for my trip to my resort. 

The fact that he was concerned that I he had not seen me after all the passengers had cleared the area, I was in the ladies room, immediately let me know that I was going to be safe in his care (*exhale*) . He handed me a nice cold bottle of water and we were off! After sharing with Jamal that it was my first time on the he gave me the history of the island as we traveled and even slowed down or pulled on the side of the road to allow me to take photos. He also went out of his way to introduce me to some of the local foods and beverages (fresh coconut milk). 


And since I was not able to go do an excursion of the west coast side of the island and stop by a few shops, I contacted Janus whom happily arranged for me to be picked up a few hours early, prior to my flight departure, so I could stop by a couple of shops to pick up souvenirs. I was so happy that I was able to request Jamal as my driver. With each trip ("to" and "from") Jamal was arrived earlier than the scheduled time and patiently waited until I was ready.


As I was hearing other transportation horror stories of other guests , I shared how wonderful my trips were and encouraged them to use the this transportation service their next visit. The cost of each trip was less expensive than what my resort had to offer. And to have someone like Jamal, that always had an upbeat, but relaxed, demeanor in addition to being informative and humorous, I will be using this transportation service and ask for Jamal when I return for another visit. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable birthday!
