![]() So, about our tour. It was magnificent. Hands down, probably the best day we had on the island. The name of the driver/tour guide is escaping me but he was a class act. I would HIGHLY recommend Real St. Lucia Tours to anyone I know going to St. Lucia. My wife and I were obviously staying at the Sandals Grande St. Lucien resort and were concerned that we wouldn’t get enough time to see the “real” St. Lucia, since all inclusive probably is more geared towards people sitting around a pool drinking all day. Had we not been exhausted after climbing the Petit Piton, we would have asked our driver to stop in Soufriere for an “authentic” lunch or dinner. We also would have likely called up Real St. Lucia Tours again to see if we could stop at a list of waterfalls we found on a small website that were said to be “not to be missed”. My wife and I like stopping at and finding more off the beaten path places and while our JJ’s boat tour the day before, booked through Sandals, was OK, we didn’t really care for very touristy feel of the mudbaths and the waterfall they took us to where we just lined up, took a picture, and left. Our Piton ride and climb were simply fantastic. The car was clean and very nice. The driver was an intelligent, fantastic conversationalist who really answered a lot of questions I had about St. Lucia. Again, I would recommend you guys to anyone I know going there. It sure beat the “canned” tours that Sandals provided, which we only did the JJ’s boat thing, but were just amazed that their Piton excursion was $150 per person. I believe that excursion got cancelled due to lack of people signing up. Your prices were reasonable, the ride was fantastic, the driver just top notch, and the entire experience great. Thanks again Janus! Todd Streeter ![]() While group travel can be a great way to meet new people and share new experiences, we understand that sometimes you just want to share your experience with your family or friends. While most travel companies only offer private excursions for groups of more than 12 people, Real St. Lucia Tours is happy to create a private trip for any group of four or more people. |
